Here's what we do differently:

• Every listing is moderated. Listings are reviewed before they go live, and anyone can report a listing that looks wrong — our team acts on every report.
• Brokers are identity-verified. The verified badge means the broker completed our KYC process; ratings come only from users whose enquiries they actually handled.
• Owners can list directly. A phone-verified owner can publish a listing for free — no middleman required.
• Your data stays yours. Contact numbers are protected behind sign-in and rate limits, and you can export or delete your data anytime — see our Privacy Policy.
